The Programme for the Annual Meeting of the CAC at Vancouver, 11-13 May
2002, is now on the web site www.unbf.ca/arts/CLAS/prog2002.html

Please note the following:

1.  Copies of the Programme will be mailed to members along with information on accommodation (already available on the web site www.unbf.ca/arts/CLAS/accomm.html) before the end of March.

2.  Speakers will not be mailed any further notification of participation; any who require such should apply to the Programme Chair before 31 March.

3.  All rooms booked for the delivery of papers at the conference are equipped with single slide-projectors and overhead projectors.  Special arrangements will be made for those who have requested dual slide projectors.

4.  The deadlines for booking accommodation are 10 April for campus residences, 15 April for off-campus hotels.  In booking rooms at the UBC residences the booking form (already on the web site; coming in the mail) should be used, NOT the on-line booking facility at the UBC Conference Centre web site, which is not programmed for the dates of the CAC conference.
The booking form may be mailed (to Reservations Office, Conferences & Accommodations at UBC, 5961 Student Union Blvd., Vancouver, BC, <Canada> V6T 2C9), or faxed (604-822-1001), or applications may be made by email <reservations@housing.ubc.ca> or phone (604-822-1000).  The group code to quote for the CAC conference is G20510A,

Robert B. Todd
