For those who have registered or intend to attend the annual meeting this year, there is a bit more information we need to help us settle a few last minute details.  It would be a very great help if you could send me the following information <jgeyssen@unb.ca> :

1. If you are bringing/renting a car, would you like to receive a free parking permit for the campus?  We will have permits available at registration.

2. Will you be eating lobster or beef at the banquet? (Since this is catered, we need to give information to the caterers.)  In addition, because our numbers need to be rather firm, there won’t be many tickets available for the banquet after your arrival.  If you know you wish to attend, but will be registering upon arrival, it would be helpful if you could let me know your food choice before you get here <jgeyssen@unb.ca> .
