Sessional Position in Latin
University of Victoria

The Department of Greek and Roman Studies at the University of Victoria invites applications for a sessional position in 2004-2005. Teaching responsibilities will be Latin 201 and 202. The successful candidate must have a PhD or the equivalent in ancient Greek and/or Latin, in addition to substantial experience teaching either ancient Greek or Latin, or both. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellence in research and an active professional career. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority. Please send an expression of interest and curriculum vitae to:
