We would like, in this space, to promote significant achievements (monographs, prestigious fellowships, awards, etc.) of Canadian classicists and students.

Michael Swan, Professor Emeritus in the Department of History at the University of Saskatchewan, has just had his book, The Augustan Succession: An Historical Commentary on Cassius Dio's Roman History Books 55-56 (9 B.C.-A.D. 14), appear, published by OUP.
