TRENT UNIVERSITY — DEPARTMENT OF ANCIENT HISTORY & CLASSICS

The Department of Ancient History & Classics at Trent University seeks to fill immediately the instructorship for AHCL 3100H (“The Athenian Empire”), to take place on Thursdays in the winter term (January-April 2012). This course investigates political, economic, and intellectual developments relating to the Athenian Empire. The format is a combination of lectures and seminars. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in hand or close to completion in Classics or a Classics-related discipline and a demonstrated ability in undergraduate instruction.
